Oh My Oh My

Hey there bloggers.

So on Thursday I helped Claire move......:)
I am happy to report that I am still in one piece! I arrived at about 7:30 to find lots of work to yet be done. So like any other wonderful friend I strapped in a bit of determination and joined in.
At about 9:30 Claire and I went in search of some Starbucks coffee! Lord knows we needed all four shots of espresso! I am still shaking! ........hehehehe....
Then we got back to work.
Once we finished emptying out the fridge Claire went to take the food to the new place. It was supposed to be a fast trip but when she got there she found out that with no key she could not get in. After ringing the door bell and pounding on windows to awaken her sleeping hubby she called me. Once we figured out that his and her phone was call bouncing she jumped the back patio wall. At last she was able to get in! Once she unloaded the food inside she ran over to wall mart to grab some last minute cleaners. That was when she ran in to some very drunk and wobbly men. As quick as she could she paid for her stuff and ran out the door. Not making it very far she hears HEY! Well wouldn't you know it mister tipsy was coming toward her. Guess what she left behind in her haste to get back to me. Her Debit card! Yep, right there at the register!
I believe it was about 2:30-3:00 am when I arrived back to my place. I made it to the couch before sleep came upon me. Yep, fully dressed and still wearing my shoes I fell asleep right on my living room couch. Only to be awaken by my dad at about 5:00. I stumbled back to my room and face planted it in bed till 8:00. Hearing my alarm crash through the beautiful quite was horrendous! .....but with a major test in my Fabrics class at 9:00 I had to get up.

Making it through Friday was a major accomplishment. Going to class then driving all the way in to down town phoenix then back to MCC for work. I am surprised I remembered to do it all. Siting down to dinner at Native New Yorker at 6:00 with the family was spent in a mild haze!

But being the most greatest girl yet, I ended back up at Claire's that night to lend a hand unpacking. I ended up spending the night! :) A post for later......
